Ingredients :
Self-raising flour - 300 gram
Castor sugar - 150 gram
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Butter/Margarine - 1/2 cup
Honey - 5 tablespoons
2 eggs
Water - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Filling :
Blueberry - 90 gram
Method :
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Beat together cream sugar, milk powder, butter/margarine and honey until light. add eggs in stages. Sift in the self-raising flour and add alternately with the water to the batter. Blend in the fruit filling.
Deposit batter in paper-lined muffin pans or cupcakes pans. Bake for 20 until 25 minutes or until it done. Serve it after warmed.
